It is led by a board of directors consisting of six ex-students. The organization raises funds through a variety of activities, such as donations from ex-students and other individuals, corporate donations and grants, the construction of an inscribed brick 'Walk of Honor', candy sales and rummage sales. Donations can be in the form of cash, stocks, bonds, cars, land, or other real property. All the organization's fund-raising activities are directed by volunteers. No volunteer or officer of the organization receives any pay or compensation of any kind. The first year of our existence we granted three scholarships and we are optimistic that this trend will continue in future years if our donations and fund-raisers are successful. Any support you can provide to our organization will enable us to continue the scholarships each year. All donations are tax deductible under our IRS 501(c)(3) status.
